1. About Seattle Luxury Handbags
Seattle Luxury Handbags is an independent luxury resale and design business specializing in authentic preloved luxury pieces and handcrafted, reimagined designs.
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Louis Vuitton or any other designer brand referenced on our website.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Our Products
Our products may include authentic vintage, preloved, previously owned, or secondhand luxury items and materials that have been lawfully acquired on the secondary market.
Some pieces are altered, customized, embellished, restored, or otherwise reimagined by Seattle Luxury Handbags. These modifications may mean that an item differs from its original manufacturer condition or design.
Because many of our pieces are vintage, preloved, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, minor signs of age, wear, variation, or imperfection may be present. These characteristics are part of the nature and character of preloved and handmade goods.
Please carefully review each product description and all photographs before purchasing.
3. Authenticity
Seattle Luxury Handbags guarantees the authenticity of designer items and materials represented as authentic.
Authentication paperwork is not automatically included with purchases. Third-party authentication may be purchased separately when available.
Boxes, dust bags, receipts, cards, and other accessories are not included in our authenticity guarantee unless specifically stated otherwise.
If you believe an item may be inauthentic, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and before altering, cleaning, wearing, repairing, or otherwise modifying the item.
If an authenticity claim is approved for investigation, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Any alterations, stains, odors, damage, or other changes made after delivery may affect eligibility for a refund.
4. All Sales Are Final
Because many of our products are unique, handmade, customized, or one-of-a-kind:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept routine returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after an order has been placed.
If we approve an exception to this policy, a 35% cancellation/restocking fee may apply. The item must be returned in its original condition and within the timeframe provided by Seattle Luxury Handbags. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Shipping & Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to change the shipping address. If an order must be canceled and replaced because an incorrect address was provided, the applicable cancellation/restocking fee will apply.
Shipping terms and available insurance coverage are displayed at checkout and may vary by order value, destination, and shipping method.
For orders that include shipping insurance, claims for loss or damage must be handled according to the carrier’s insurance requirements and deadlines. We will assist with the claim process when applicable.
6. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, availability, or other errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale.
7. Product Photos & Colors
We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products.
Because colors can appear differently depending on lighting, photography, monitors, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical item.
Vintage and preloved items may also have natural variations that are difficult to fully capture in photographs.
8. Handmade & Reimagined Pieces
Handcrafted and reimagined items are individually created and may contain natural variations in placement, stitching, embellishment, color, texture, or finish.
These variations are not considered defects and are part of the handmade nature of the product.
Because many designs are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be available.
9. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, designs, written content, and other original content appearing on this website are the property of Seattle Luxury Handbags or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy its content, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when necessary to protect our business, customers, or website.
11. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you consent to electronic communications and the processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
