In 1886, Louis and his son invented their iconic lock to prevent thieves from rummaging through the sometimes unescorted bags of the wealthy. Ever wonder why the Speedy has a hole in the leather zipper tab and the side tab? It's for the lock! I can't say there is much thievery amongst us Swifties, but I did think that we deserved an equally iconic TAYLOR'S VERSION lock and key. 

** please note these are not substantial locks and can easily be picked - remember those diary locks on the book fair journals in elementary school? Use accordingly. I think they make really cute bag charms 🫶🏻
